·Customer-oriented with strong communication skills;
·For Senior Technician, at least five (5) years of maintenance experience; and
·For Technician, at least three (3) years of maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
·Carry out minor repair, routine monitoring measures and operational preventive maintenance works;
·Identify defects, necessary repairs and maintain good conditions of the building services installations, building fabrics and common parts of the Venue;
·Handle and repair electrical, mechanical, ELV systems and plumbing and drainage faults and damage of building;
·Conduct ad-hoc repair for building services system breakdown;
·Assist to control and manage the parts and equipment inventory;
·Maintain relevant building services records in an organized and proper manner;
·Attend to emergency and/or typhoon related duties or overtime work as required;
·Maintain workshop and facility rooms clean and tidy;
·Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time; and
