·Assist the Site Manager to work with the Authority’s Representative to address any specific requirements or concerns; liaise and coordinate with the Relevant Authorities
·Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations including cleaning and security
·Customer service duties
·Assist in preparing documentation, performing and implementing the activities plan
Requirements:
·Certificate/ Diploma or above, preferably in Property Management or related discipline
·3 years or above working experinece in Property / Facilities Management; candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Facilities Officer
·Good PC knowledge of MS Office, typing and Chinese word processing
·Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
·Possession of valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) is preferred
