• Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works for the facilities
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance workds and provide appropiate solutions after invertigation
• Supervise frontline technical staff on work allocation, assigning tasks, repairing and maintenance work
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
• Degree / Higher Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering or equivalent
• 8 years of work experience in property and facilities management, of which a minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in a supervisory position in FM/PM field and/or in E&M maintenance works
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A or Grade B)
• (West Kowloon Area: Willing to work at night and during public holidays / Sundays)
