·Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering, IT or other related engineering disciplines;
·Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience in handling the day-to-day operation in ELV/ BMS / PMS / Lighting systems;
·Experience on Building Controls, ELV System or similar experience in the industry;
·Strong experience in centralized air conditioning;
·Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
·Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
·Be responsible in supervising and controlling the operation of the BMS and monitor all plant activities of the Venue building services;
·Analyse the behaviour of the plant with respect to the set point and setting up the various control parameters;
·Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building management system (BMS) e.g. data logging, plant review, alarm manager status, etc.;
·Set the BMS, PPM system and other plant equipment schedule (e.g. standby power generator, diesel driven firefighting pump, fire alarm system, etc.) for automatic periodic testing;
·Adjust settings on the ELV, BMS, PMS, lighting control system as instructed;
·Log information and distribute the information as required;
·Assist the management in the safe and smooth running of the building;
·Complete periodic reports on the progress of work and submit to the management on the condition and status of the ELV, BMS, PMS and Lighting control system (timely / accurately);
·Monitor the operation of the MVAC control systems using the BMS to monitor performance;
·Communicate all maintenance and repair actions in writing for information to management as required;
·Assist to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time;
·Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time; and
