Assistant Property Officer  / Property Officer / Senior Property Officer

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be reponsible for assisting the Property Manager in handling property / facility management related duties, general clerical works, customer service duties, admin works and other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:     

·        Certificate / Diploma or above

·        1 -2 years experience in Property Management, candidate with more experience will be consideered as Property Officer / Senior Property Officer

·        Hold of PMP (Tier 2) Licence

·        Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

·        Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
